The site has been cleared and derelict for over a decade when the Toll Bridge pub was closed.
MyPad’s plans for the site would see a mix of high-quality urban homes and apartments built on the site:
10 x 2 bed apartments
13 x 3 bed, 3-story houses

Sustainability
The homes will achieve the current requirement to reduce carbon by 31% or the 2025 requirement of between 75% and 80% reduction in carbon (above the current 2010 building regulations) in line with the prevailing building regulations, subject to when development commences.
Access
The new homes will be accessed off Bathley Street at the north eastern corner of the site.
